Step 1: Place the halibut on a rack in a broiler pan
Step 2: Combine orange juice, zest and worchestershire sauce
Step 3: Brush the steaks with the mixture, season the fish with salt and pepper, dot with butter
Step 4: Place under the broiler, 6" from the heat, for about 10 minutes or until the fish flakes,
Step 5: Baste with orange/worchestershire sauce remaining in the pan Serve and I hope enjoy
