Sour Cream Refried Beans

Ingredients
- 15 ounces refried beans (1 can)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 ounces sour cream (1/3 cup)
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated (1 cup)
- 1 green onion, minced
How to Make

Step 1: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the refried beans, sour cream, and hot sauce.

Step 2: Season to taste.

Step 3: Pour into a Pam sprayed glass pie pan.

Step 4: Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, or until its hot and bubbly.

Step 5: Remove and stir well.

Step 6: Top with grated cheese and green onion.

Step 7: Heat in the oven for 3 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
