Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 ounce light cream, (1 tablespoon)
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard, (Plochman’s)
How to Make

Step 1: Beat eggs.

Step 2: Add seasoning to taste.

Step 3: Beat some more.

Step 4: Add 1/2 and 1/2 cream and beat.

Step 5: He said heat up a sliver of butter until melted, I would add tablespoon.

Step 6: Add eggs and let set on low.

Step 7: Stir to get big curds.

Step 8: Put tiny dots of mustard, but first see if you like mustard on eggs before you add more. lol
