Ingredients
- 15 ounces pumpkin (2 cups)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 14 ounces evaporated milk (1 can)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 11 ounces prepared deep pie crust, (1 - 11 inch)
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2: In a large bowl, beat together all the ingredients (except the crust) with (a rotary beater, ha) hand whisk until the mixture is smooth.

Step 3: Line an 11-inch deep pie tin with the pastry.

Step 4: Pour in the filling and bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
