Step 1: Fry bacon until crisp and remove to paper towels.
Step 2: Fry shallot until soft in bacon grease.
Step 3: Add tomato paste, pepper and bouillon.
Step 4: Add beans stir around to get coated cook on low until liquid is gone, don't burn, you want saucy not dry.
Step 5: Season to taste.
