Ingredients
- 2 cups zucchini, grated
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Creamed*
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- Dry
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons baking cocoa
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2: Pam spray a 9x13 cake pan.

Step 3: Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Step 4: In electric mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together.

Step 5: Add eggs, oil, milk and vanilla.

Step 6: Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 7: Fold in zucchini.

Step 8: Pour into cake pan.

Step 9: Top with chocolate chips.

Step 10: Bake in oven for 40 minutes until done.
