Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 pounds potatoes, peeled, cubed
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 6 eggs, hardboiled, chopped
- 8 ounces cooked bacon, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Mix everything but the cream together and add just enough to loosen it up a bit.
