Cake Mix Peach Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 15 ounces peach slices (1 can), save juice
- Cake
- 2 eggs
- 15 ounces yellow cake mix (1 package)
- 1 cup water
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Mix butter and brown sugar mash in bottom of 9x9 cake pan.

Step 3: Pour on drained peaches,saving the juice for cake mix

Step 4: Mix cake mix, peach juice, eggs and water.

Step 5: Pour over peaches.

Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until the cake pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Step 7: I have toaster oven so your guess is as good as mine.

Step 8: Let stand in the pan for 5 minutes and then turn upside down onto a cake dish or large platter.
