Step 1: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and lightly golden.
Step 3: Season the steak bites with dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Toss the steak pieces to coat them evenly with the seasoning.
Step 4: Carefully place the seasoned steak bites into the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook in batches if necessary.
Step 5: Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach the desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, the internal temperature should be around 135°F (57°C). Adjust the cooking time according to your preference.
Step 6: Remove the cooked steak bites from the skillet and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess butter.
Step 7: Allow the steak bites to rest for a few minutes. This helps retain their juices and ensures maximum tenderness.
Step 8: Optional: Sprinkle the steak bites with fresh chopped parsley for an added touch of freshness and color.
Step 9: Serve the Garlic Butter Steak Bites hot as an appetizer or as a main course. They pair well with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
