Quick and Easy Crab Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (6 ounce) box Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing mix
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cans (6 ounce each) crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 1/4 cup butter margarine
- 1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges
How to Make

Step 1: Add boiling water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.

Step 2: Let stand 5 minutes.

Step 3: Mix eggs and crabmeat in medium bowl until blended.

Step 4: Add stuffing; mix lightly.

Step 5: Shape into 6 patties.

Step 6: Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.

Step 7: Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until heated through and lightly browned on both sides.

Step 8: Serve with lemon wedges.
