Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 (6 ounce) box stove top stuffing mix for chicken
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup original barbecue sauce, divided
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.

Step 2: Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce just until blended.

Step 3: Shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 4: Top with remaining barbecue sauce.

Step 5: Bake 1 hour or until done (160°F).
