- 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon white pepper
- 3 ounces sour cream, (1/3 cups)
- Salad
- 15 ounces salmon, drained, skin and bones removed (1 can)
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
