Hawaiian Pineapple Macadamia Nut Pie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained (1 can)
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, crushed
- 9 ounce unbaked pie shell, (1-9 inch)
How to Make

Step 1: Cream together butter and sugar.

Step 2: Add eggs one at a time and continue beating.

Step 3: Add corn syrup, flour, rum and vanilla extract, pineapple and nuts.

Step 4: Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until firm.

Step 5: Allow to cool before serving.
