Step 1: Saute the celery and onions in a stockpot with the oil.
Step 2: Add carrots, garlic and paprika.
Step 3: Add vegetable broth and chickpeas.
Step 4: Add herbs and season to taste.
Step 5: Simmer covered 30 minutes until carrots are soft add a splash of vinegar and stir in parsley.
