- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

- Salad
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cucumber, peeled, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 jalapeno, minced, seeded
