Ingredients
- 16 ounces cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped fine
- 3 tablespoons celery, minced
- 3 cups boiled red potatoes, cut into cubes
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/4 cup frozen corn
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 2 eggs, hardboiled, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
