Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 pounds hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced (can use more)
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional or adjust to taste)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undilued
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.

Step 2: In a large bowl combine the melted butter with all remaining ingredients until well blended. Mix in potatoes. Transfer to baking pan.

Step 3: Bake for 45-50 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
