Step 1: Peel and core the fresh pineapple. Cut it into small chunks.
Step 2: Place the pineapple chunks in a blender or food processor. If the pineapple is very juicy, you may not need to add any water. However, if it's not very juicy, add a splash of water to help with the blending process. (You can also use pineapple juice or orange juice, if you have it on hand.)
Step 3: Blend the pineapple until smooth and well pureed. If needed, scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor and blend again until you have a smooth consistency.
Step 4: Once blended, pour the pineapple puree into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing. If your popsicle molds have sticks and lids, insert them into the molds.
Step 5: Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely firm.
Step 6: Once the pineapple popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds by running the molds under warm water for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to release the popsicles.
