Step 1: Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Step 2: In a bowl, combine the avocado oil, granulated garlic, salt, and black pepper. If desired, you can add optional spices or seasonings like paprika and dried thyme, as well as additional salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Add the cleaned button mushrooms to the bowl and toss them gently to coat them evenly with the oil and spice mixture.
Step 4: Thread the mushrooms onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each mushroom to allow for even cooking.
Step 5: Place the mushroom skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and slightly charred.
Step 6: Once cooked, remove the mushroom kabobs from the grill and transfer them to a serving plate.
Step 7: Optional: Garnish the grilled mushroom kabobs with fresh herbs like parsley or rosemary.
