Ingredients
- Salad
- Iceberg lettuce, chopped
- Shredded carrots
- Other ingredients if you prefer, such as chopped tomato, sliced cucumber or sliced fresh mushrooms
- Dressing
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
How to Make
