Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
How to Make

Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients.

Step 2: Add meat of your choice to the marinade, making sure that it is fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate the steak in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
