Step 1: Grate fresh ginger, put in bowl.
Step 2: Peel and crush garlic cloves and add to bowl.
Step 3: Measure out and add remaining ingredients (except chicken)and stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Slice chicken breasts into fillets.
Step 5: Coat chicken breasts with sauce and marinate in fridge overnight.
Step 6: Soak kabob sticks (if using) in water for 10 minutes.
Step 7: Put chicken fillets on kabob sticks and place on preheated grill and barbeque until firm and cooked.
Step 8: Serve with saffron rice.
