Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon (10 mL) fine sugar
- 6 mint leaves, torn
- 2 lime wedges
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice
- Club soda to finish
- Lime wheel to garnish
- Pomegranate seeds to garnish
- Fresh mint to garnish
How to Make

Step 1: In the bottom of a highball glass, muddle together sugar, mint and lime wedges until sugar is fully dissolved. Fill glass with ice. Add pomegranate juice and finish with soda. Garnish with lime wheel, pomegranate seeds and a sprig of mint
