Step 1: In a Dutch oven, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
Step 2: Add bouillon and water to the beef mixture.
Step 3: Add the salt, pepper, garlic, bay leaf, tomato juice, celery, carrots, potatoes, cabbage and green pepper.
Step 4: Simmer, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Step 5: Stir in the corn, peas and beans; heat for another 5 minutes, or longer if using fresh veggies.
Step 6: Discard bay leaf before serving. Sprinkle some parsley on each serving.
