Step 1: Have all spices ready.
Step 2: Heat oil in large stock pot.
Step 3: Cook onions until translucent.
Step 4: Add beef and spices to taste, they add more but you may need just a dash.
Step 5: Cook until brown.
Step 6: Add rice and stir 2 minutes.
Step 7: Add frozen vegetables, water, juice and lime zest.
Step 8: Boil 5 minutes.
Step 9: Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Step 10: Take off heat.
Step 11: In skillet fry nuts in ghee until light toasted.
Step 12: Pour over the top of the rice and cover.
Step 13: Let set 5 more minutes.
