Ingredients
- Dry Mix
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 lemons, zested
- 2 1/3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- *Wet Mix
- 1/2 cup butter , melted
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Lemon Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees line a muffin tin with paper liners

Step 2: In a medium bowl combine sugar and zest, rub together until well integrated,

Step 3: Add rest of ingredients and whisk together

Step 4: In a large bowl combine all wet ingredients together

Step 5: Mix. let stand 2 minutes

Step 6: Divide batter into the 12 muffin tins

Step 7: Bake at 375 until toothpick comes out cleanly about 20 minutes

Step 9: Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice until smooth and thick
