Kool-Aid Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- .23 ounce packet of Lemonade Kool-Aid Unsweetened Drink Mix (the small packet)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.

Step 2: Line muffin tin with liners.

Step 3: Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined. Do not overmix.

Step 4: Fill muffin liners about 3/4th of the way full.

Step 5: Bake 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean.
