Step 1: Place basil, parsley, almonds and garlic in a small food processor; pulse until chopped.
Step 2: Add lemon zest, juice, honey and salt. Process again. While processor is running, gradually add oil in a steady stream.
Step 3: Add cheese and pulse just until blended. Will keep in the fridge up to a week in an airtight container.
