Step 1: Set dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, onion, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add white wine, worcestershire, water, sour cream and tomato paste; bring to a simmer.
Step 2: Add pasta, submerging in liquid. Cook 7 minutes, uncovered, stirring often to prevent sticking. Add peas and cook 3 minutes longer. Stir in parmesan cheese. Serve immediately, refrigerating any leftovers.
