Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Coat two 8-ounce ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3: Add oats, banana, eggs, syrup, baking powder, cardamom, cinnamon and salt to blender; blend until smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup chocolate chunks.
Step 4: Transfer mixture evenly to prepared ramekins, topping each with a few additional chocolate chunks.
Step 5: Place ramekins on baking sheet, and bake 20 minutes, until oat mixture puffs up and tops are golden brown. Serve warm, storing any leftovers in an airtight container.,
