Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup onion ,grated
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 ounces light cream,(4 tablespoons half-and-half)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ,to taste
- Mushroom:
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms,sliced
- Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
How to Make

Step 1: Combine the ingredients for the dressing

Step 2: Set aside.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in a frying pan.

Step 4: Saute mushrooms until soft.

Step 5: Pour over dressing over mushrooms.

Step 6: Toss to coat.

Step 7: Garnish with chives
