Ingredients
- 4 ounces milk (up to 8 ounces)
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons collagen (or 1 scoop protein powder)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (up to 3 teaspoons)
- 6 ounces brewed coffee
How to Make

Step 1: In a blender, blend everything except the coffee. The reason for this is so the eggs don't cook in the blender.
