Step 1: Fry bacon in a pan then remove the bacon
Step 2: Brown a minced onion in the bacon grease.
Step 3: Next, add diced tomatoes.
Step 4: After it is hot, add rice and water to the mixture, and cook slowly until the rice is done.(20 minutes covered)
Step 5: (Season to taste wasn't in recipe but everyone knew you did)
