Step 1: Put dredge in brown paper bag
Step 2: Shake to mix
Step 3: Heat oil a tablespoon at a time when hot
Step 4: Shake pork chops in bag
Step 5: Shake off excess flour
Step 6: Don't crowd pan
Step 7: Cook until brown
Step 8: Turn brown on other side
Step 9: Keep chops warm while cooking others
Step 10: Repeat
