Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 ounces swiss cheese,cut into small chips
- 2 ounces ham,cut into small chips
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
How to Make

Step 1: Heat butter and oil starting with oil

Step 2: In bowl beat eggs with fork

Step 5: Pour over oil

Step 6: And move egg to center

Step 7: When almost dry add cheese covering inside

Step 8: Then ham over cheese

Step 9: Then parsley all over

Step 10: Flip cover and cook a minute longer until center is set
