Ingredients
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon powdered milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 3 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest, grated
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
How to Make

Step 1: Place all ingredients in machine in order recommended by manufacturer's instructions.

Step 2: Set on basic cycle and medium crust.

Step 3: Remove to wire rack when done and cool before slicing.
