Ingredients
- 8 ounces dry elbow macaroni, (2 cups)
- 6 cups water, boiling
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup tomato,diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Cook macaroni in heavily salted boiling water.

Step 2: Drain and cool macaroni.

Step 3: Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl and add to macaroni.

Step 4: Toss it well and adjust seasoning if necessary.
