Step 1: Puree peaches in a blender.
Step 2: Canned apricots may be used.
Step 3: Put peaches, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and allspice in a slow cooker.
Step 4: Simmer on high for 2 hours.
Step 5: I would watch this because fruit BURNS; put on low to hold or pour into hot jars; seal.
