Step 1: Flatten 2 balls between nonstick parchment paper.
Step 2: Heat skillet
Step 3: Toasting buns on medium-low. Until just lightly browned
Step 4: Start cooking burgers on medium-high and
Step 5: At 30 seconds in, flip and flatten burgers.
Step 6: When buns are lightly toasted, remove from heat. Coat bottom bun with 2 rings of mustard.
Step 7: Sprinkle jalapeno on mustard
Step 8: Put lettuce and tomato on top bun
Step 9: About 2 minutes after the first flip, flip burgers again and flatten to your liking.
Step 10: Flip again 2 minutes later, flattening again.
Step 11: Top each patty with 1 slice cheese.
Step 12: Put 2 patties together cheese to cheese, and place stack between buns.
Step 13: Wrap burger in aluminum foil.
Step 14: Keep wrapped for at least 1 minute, then unwrap and enjoy
