- 4 ounces ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 ounces applewood bacon, (2 slices)
- 1 tablespoon jalapeños, sliced
- 1 ounce sharp cheddar,(1 slice)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 ounce hamburger bun,(1)
How to Make

Step 1: Beef burger, make patty

Step 2: Season to taste

Step 3: Fry with bacon

Step 4: Fried egg, how you like it

Step 6: Applewood bacon, fry until crisp

Step 7: Griddled jalapeños, add to bacon grease griddle until light brown

Step 8: Sharp cheddar, add to burger when you flip let get melty
