Step 1: Pour the dripping into a pot, add bay leaf and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Meanwhile, heat the sliced pork roast in microwave for a few minutes until warm.
Step 3: Whisk together the corn starch and water and pour into the boiling liquid a bit at a time while stirring.
Step 4: Remove and discard bay leaf and remove gravy from burner.
Step 5: Heat the bun in the microwave until soft, about 25 to 30 seconds.
Step 6: Place half of a bun in each plate, top with meat and pour 1/2 cup gravy over meat; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7: Enjoy!
