Ingredients
- 2 pounds bone in chicken thighs,(8)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Dry:
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- Wet:
- 16 ounces heavy whipping cream,(1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup water
How to Make

Step 1: PreHeat oven to 350 degrees F

Step 2: Pam spray 9x13 casserole

Step 3: Mix wet ingredients together in large measuring cup

Step 4: Mix dry ingredients together with whisk

Step 5: Season chicken to taste

Step 6: Dredge in flour mixture

Step 7: Place in casserole

Step 8: Pour wet mixture around the chicken bake 60 minutes until chicken is browned and crispy on top and gravy is thick
