Ingredients
- 1 - 5 to 6 lb wheel good blue cheese, broken into pieces
- 32 ounces Chablis
- 2 quarts mayonnaise
- 1 quart butter milk
How to Make

Step 1: Mix and melt cheese and wine over low heat.

Step 2: Stir in mayonnaise and butter milk.

Step 3: If not loose enough add more mayonnaise , this will vary with the cheese.

Step 4: Chill before using.
