Fijian Banana Cake

Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F

Step 2: Beat the sugar and butter together until soft

Step 3: Beat in the eggs (one at a time) until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is fluffy

Step 4: Add the flour (little by little) to make a very soft dough

Step 5: Mash the bananas and stir these into the mixture

Step 6: Add the milk and mix all together

Step 7: Grease the cake pan and then pour in the mixture

Step 8: Bake for 45 minutes until done
