Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Step 2: Sift dry ingredients together
Step 3: Whisk in celery seed
Step 4: Fork in butter until crumbly
Step 5: Add cottage cheese and milk
Step 6: Stir together
Step 7: Knead with bench flour (dough is sticky at first don't knead to much)
Step 8: Pat out and cut into biscuits
Step 9: Bake 12 minutes until golden brown
