Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2: Grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter and nonstick spray.
Step 3: In a large skillet
Step 4: Over medium-high heat, season beef and sausage with salt and pepper to taste and brown until halfway cooked.
Step 5: Add onion and celery and continue cooking until meat is cooked through.
Step 6: In a medium bowl
Step 7: Whisk together soup and broth until smooth.
Step 8: Pour into skillet, add rice, and stir until well combined.
Step 9: Pour into prepared baking dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Step 10: Bake 1 hour 20 minutes.
Step 11: Remove from oven and let rest, covered, for 15 minutes.
Step 12: Fluff with fork before serving.
