Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, (do not drain)
- Frosting:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 box (16 ounces) powdered sugar,sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped,for garnish
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350

Step 2: Grease and flour cake pan

Step 3: Spray pam in 9x13 cake pan

Step 4: Cake:

Step 5: Mix all ingredients together

Step 6: Pour into cake pan

Step 7: Bake 35 minutes until cake is done

Step 9: Frosting:

Step 10: Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy

Step 11: Add vanilla

Step 12: Sift in sugar

Step 14: Frost warm cake,(10 minutes cooling)
