8 ounces cooked chicken breast, chopped in 1/2" cubes
1 celery stalk, diced
1/2 small yellow onion, diced
1 large radish, diced
1/3 cup craisins, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup pineapple tidbits
1/2 cup mayonaisse
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon yellow curry powder
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
How to Make
Step 1:
Put first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, add last 7 ingredients and whisk well. Pour over chicken and veggies and stir well. Serve on toast or on a lettuce leaf.
