Step 1: Saute the shallots in olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium high heat for 4 minutes.
Step 2: Add the raisins and pecans to the pan, and cook an additional minute.
Step 3: Add the kale and cook 3 minutes or until the kale wilts. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
