Step 1: Rinse the spinach, drain well in a colander
Step 2: Heat oil in a wok or large skillet, add garlic, saute 2 minutes over medium heat or until golden
Step 3: Remove as much moisture as possible after rinsing the spinach leaves.
Step 4: Toss the spinach with the garlic adding the basil, cook for about 4 minutes. Serve while it is piping hot
